He graduated as a lawyer and had his own law firm in Aarhus for 16 years.
Between 2002-2013, he worked as a politician, too, and was elected a member of the county and regional council. His area of responsibility – in addition to health care – was globalization and international relations, thus he came into contact with Hungary.
He has been member of the Board of Scandinavian House since May 2014. He is interested in the relations between peoples, Scandinavian and Hungarian social relations. He believes that knowledge and co-operation strengthen democracy and peaceful common development.
